Do I need a visa for Mauritius?
It depends on your passport. The table above covers the passports most Faylo travellers hold; use the checker for any other. Whatever the result, confirm it on Mauritius Passport and Immigration Office visa requirements before you pay or book.
Where do I apply for a Mauritius visa?
Use the official site: Mauritius Passport and Immigration Office visa requirements (https://passport.govmu.org/passport/?page_id=605). Government sites don't charge for the form itself — only the visa fee. Be careful with look-alike sites and agents who bundle the fee with their own.
How long before I travel should I apply?
Allow more time than you think you need: online approvals can take days, and embassy visas can take weeks. Start at least a few weeks before you fly, and don't buy non-refundable flights until you have the approval.
