For partners
Give your travelers connectivity as part of their trip. You send us the list, we issue each traveler an eSIM and email it to them directly, and we bill you afterwards.
Who you're working with
Faylo is a product of Placeholder LLC. When you partner with Faylo, your agreement, invoices and any commission payments are with Placeholder LLC. That's the name you'll see on our invoices and in the footer of every page.
How it works
- You confirm each traveler's phone supports eSIM (see below) and send us the list.
- We check the list and tell you if anything needs fixing.
- We issue the eSIMs. Each traveler gets an email with a QR code and a one-tap install button, and you are copied.
- The day before their trip, we send each traveler a reminder to install if they haven't already.
- We send you an invoice for the batch we issued.
An eSIM only starts using its days and data when it first connects at the destination, so travelers can install it at home on Wi-Fi before they fly.
What to send us
A spreadsheet saved as CSV, one traveler per row.
Required: name, email, destination, start date, end date.
Helpful: data you want (in GB), phone model, WhatsApp number, your booking reference, a group or package name.
- Dates as
YYYY-MM-DDorDD/MM/YYYY. - Destination as a country name (for example Tanzania). Tell us if your trip is to several countries.
- The email must be the traveler's own. That is where the eSIM is sent.
- If you don't pick a data amount, we choose the cheapest plan that covers the trip length.
Before you send: check every traveler's phone
Please confirm each traveler's phone supports eSIM before you ask us to issue. Once an eSIM is issued we can't take it back, and we pay for it when it's created. If an eSIM is issued to a phone that can't use it, you are responsible for the cost.
- Quickest check: the traveler dials
*#06#. If a 32-digit EID number appears next to the IMEI, the phone supports eSIM. Full instructions. - Phones can also be checked by brand on our eSIM phones guide.
- Some phones sold in certain regions or through carriers have eSIM turned off. If in doubt, check with the EID test.
- The phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
Payment and the pilot
- Postpaid. We issue first and invoice after. Each batch of eSIMs we issue is invoiced separately.
- Due in 7 days from the invoice. We can quote and collect in naira; the amount is converted when we send the invoice and stays fixed for that invoice.
- Pilot limit of 20 eSIMs. We start with up to 20 unpaid eSIMs at a time. If an invoice isn't paid, we pause issuing more until it is. When it's paid, we carry on, and we can raise the limit as we work together.
- Fixed prices by zone. Destinations are grouped into zones by data size, and every plan in a zone costs the same, so you can quote your own clients a fixed price before you know their exact destination. Our price list is valid for 90 days. Ask us for it, so you can add your own markup. After the pilot, bigger lists and more total volume earn a discount: 10% off for a list of 25 or more travelers, 20% for 50 or more, plus 5% for every 500 eSIMs we've issued to you, up to 35% in total.
Affiliate link (optional)
You can also share a public link with your own code, if you want your followers to buy directly. We track the sales and agree a commission with you. You also get a private stats page showing your own link clicks, purchases and earnings, plus what you could make as your audience grows, so you can check our numbers any time. This works separately from bundled eSIMs, and you can have one, the other, or both.
