Will it work on my phone?
Only if your phone supports eSIM. Dial *#06# — if you see a 32-digit EID number, it does. Most iPhones from the XS onward, recent Samsung Galaxy S and Z models and Google Pixels support eSIM; many budget Android phones, including a lot of Tecno, Infinix and itel models, don't yet.
When should I install my Ghana eSIM?
Before you fly, while you're on Wi-Fi. The QR code arrives by email within seconds of paying; scan it, then switch your mobile data to the Faylo line when you land.
Do I keep my WhatsApp and my own number?
Yes. Your usual SIM stays in your phone, and WhatsApp keeps working on the same account over your Faylo data. Turn off data roaming on your home line so it doesn't bill you while you're away.
What if it doesn't work?
