Does the price change with the exchange rate?

Our prices are set in US dollars and converted to Egyptian pounds at our current rate. The EGP amount shown at checkout is locked in for that order.

Will my Egyptian number still work in Canada?

Yes — the eSIM only adds data. Your Egyptian SIM stays in your phone for calls and texts (your own network's roaming rates apply to those), and WhatsApp carries on as normal over your Faylo data.

What if my phone doesn't support eSIM?

Check before you pay: dial *#06# and look for a 32-digit EID. If it isn't there, don't buy — and if something still goes wrong after you've paid, message us on WhatsApp and we'll refund you if your phone genuinely can't use it.
